Every engine has been preset before shipping; Usually it can be operate directly. However,
altitudes will influence the performance of carburetor, to achieve the best performance, fine tuning
on the carburetor is recommended.
2、功能及调整(Functions and Adjustments)
(1)、风门,冷启动时使用;Choke Arm;(2)、油门;Throttle;(3)、怠速调节
螺丝; Idle Adjustment Screw; (4) 、 低速油针; Low-speed Needle; (5) 、 高速油针; High-speed
Needle;
调整:顺时针转动怠速螺丝3将增大怠速转速,同时要配合低速油针4一起调整,顺时
针转动低速油针减少油量(一般是把油针拧到底再退回1.5圈);高速油针5(退回1.25圈)最好
使用转速表来调整,使发动机达到最高转速,加减速顺畅为最佳。
⚫ ADJUSTMENT: Turn the Idle Adjustment Screw (See No.3) clockwise will increase the idle
speed. At the same time, turn the Low-speed Needle (See No.4) clockwise to reduce the gas.
Normally, the preset from factory is close needle(clockwise) and reopen about 1.5 turns.
High-speed Needle (See No.5) is also about 1.5 turns. We suggest to use tachometer to check
for maximum speed. For the best performance, engine should be accelerating and decelerating
smoothly. `
⚫ 调整两个化油器间连杆的长度,保证两个化油器油门能够同时关闭到最小,否则将会影响
前后两个发动机的工作状态.
⚫ Adjust connecting rod for front/rear throttle arm, make sure both arms can reach to the
maximum and minimum position at the same time, an improper adjustment will affect
engine's working condition seriously.
⚫ 请注意:两个点火传感器分别对应前、后两个缸的点火位置,1#传感器对应前面两个
缸,2#传感器对应后面两个缸,请不要接错,否则发动机无法启动。
⚫ Caution: Sensors has to be mounted in correct position. Sensor #1
cylinders, Sensor #2 corresponds with rear cylinders, incorrect connection will result engine fail to
start.
⚫ 调整化油器高速油针时请注意:混合气调整过稀将导致发动机严重过热和火花塞烧毁。
燃烧后火花塞的颜色应该是黄色,说明混合气浓度比较合适.
Caution: Do not to run engine at lean oil mixture, it will melt down piston or spark plug
and damage the engine seriously. if spark plug shows a yellow burning residue, it
indicates engine at the best oil mixture.
四、发动机的启动 (Start-up the engine)
(1)关闭风门,加大油门,打开点火电源.
