Important Reminders:
N Keep the transmitter and receiver collar out of reach of children.
N Never attempt to service the receiver or transmitter yourself.
N Be sure your transmitter and surge protector are properly grounded.
N Fit the collar snugly around your dog's neck.
N Make sure that battery is fresh and is inserted correctly.
N Train your dog as outlined in the DogWatch Owner's Guide.
N Never adjust the transmitter while your dog is wearing the receiver collar.
Troubleshooting The System
If your dog is not staying within the boundary created by the DogWatch
Fence System, check the following:
N Is the battery in the receiver collar depleted?
N Is the battery installed properly?
N Is the receiver operating properly?
N Is the transmitter on and adjusted properly?
N Is the signal field too narrow?
N Is the Rate level too low?
N Is the Mode switch in the proper position?
N Is the boundary wire unplugged?
N Is the boundary wire broken?
