1. The function of the oil circulation valve and pipe

The oil circulation type vacuum pump installs the exhaust filter to remove the smog on operation.

This pump is an equipment which circulates in an inlet with the liquid oil changed by the exhaust filter.

2. If the oil circulation system clogs by the foreign substances, the oil will discharge causing the rapid

consumption of the oil.

Therefore, it can cause the severe damage to the vacuum pump because the pump operates without

any oil left.

3. The oil circulation pipe cleaning method.

Unscrew the inlet pipe fastening bolt.

Important

: After cleaning, it will take some time until new oil fills up in the exhaust pipe.

When a test working after inspecting, please pour a little bit of oil in the exhaust

pipe and operate to check if the oil circulates. If working nicely, operate normally.

Please use the original circulation pipe and oil circulation valve (Float valve set).

the oil circulation system problem.
