Advanced
The Advanced subsection of Configuration allows you to import and export your CGMiner configuration
file (which includes the pool list), reset CGMiner configuration, save a diagnostic report, restart
CGMiner, disable/enable remote SSH access, identify your TerraMiner, and restart the system.
If you have previously saved a copy of your CGMiner configuration you can load it back by clicking on the
Import Configuration File option and selecting the saved file. This is useful after a Factory Restore.
To save your CGMiner configuration you can click on Export Configuration File and save it to your
computer. If you do this before you perform a Factory Restore you will be able to reload your
pool/worker/wallet information afterwards.
To reset all of the settings of CGMiner to their defaults, click Reset CGMiner Configuration.
When contacting CoinTerra with a technical issue you may be asked to provide diagnostic information
which can help in the troubleshooting process. Click the Diagnostic Report button to save the
TerraMiner's log files to your computer (the filename has a .gz file extension) and then attach the file to
your email to CoinTerra technical support.
The Restart CGMiner option will restart the system software without physically rebooting the
TerraMiner. It will take a few seconds to do so and all the live Status statistics will be reset.
The ability to access the TerraMiner via SSH is enabled by default (see Advanced Features for more
details.) If you Disable Remote SSH Access it will prevent another user on the network from accessing
the TerraMiner via SSH.
