TIMER DIAL (INSIDE LAMP)
When timer is turned on, the inside lamp is ON.
When timer is turned off, the inside lamp is OFF.
BEFORE USE
- Ensure that there is enough ventilation around the oven.
- Ensure that the oven is completely dry before use.
- The oven should not be placed on untreated wooden surface. Place the oven on a heat resistant surface.
- The feet of the oven can leave some marks on the table, if this happens, remove the marks with a damp cloth.
OVEN USE
- Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to the desired temperature.
- Turn the Rotisserie/convection selector dial to the desired position.
- Turn the Heating selector dial to the desired position.
- Turn the timer dial clockwise to the desired cooking time.
- The power light will light up after timer is turned on, and will go out when the timer is turned to OFF.
- When the cooking time is over, the timer will auto shut off and the bell will ring.
- If the cooking is finished earlier than the set cooking time, please turn back the timer to OFF to turn off the
oven.
- In the first use of this oven, there might be some light smoke coming out from the oven, this is normal. After
5-10 minutes the smoke will disappear.
- In order to get better cooking performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10-15 minutes.
ROTISSERIE USE
1. Put one skewer through the pointed end of the spit, making sure the points of skewer face towards the
spit's pointed end. Slide the skewer towards the square end of the spit.
2. Insert the spit directly through the center of the food which you want to roast.
3. Put the other skewer through the pointed end of the spit, making sure the points of skewer face the
spit's square end.
4. Put the two skewers into the food, then secure both skewers with the thumbscrews.
5. Make sure the food is centered on the spit.
6. Insert the pointed end of the spit into the drive socket, make sure the square end of the spit rests on the
spit support.
7. Plug the oven.
8. Set the thermostat to 250ºC.
9. Turn the timer to the time which you require, the power indicator will light up. Normally it takes 30 minutes
to roast a 2.5Kg(5.5Pd) weight chicken.
10. Set the selector to Rotisserie or Rotisserie & Convection setting, the rotisserie starts rotating.
11. When roasting is completed, turn back the timer to OFF.
12. After the oven is cooled, place the hooks of the rotisserie handle under the grooves on both sides of the
spit. Lift the right side of the spit first, move towards right side a little bit, so that the left side of the spit
goes out of the drive socket. Then carefully move out the roasted food from the oven.
IMPORTANT SAFETY AND GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS.
Whenever you use household appliances, you should observe some minimum advice of surely including these:
1. Read the instructions carefully.
2. Do not touch hot surfaces. Wear handles or gloves.
3. Keep supervision when using the appliance near children or if they use it.
4. To prevent electrocutions, do not immerse the cable in the plug or any other part of the oven in water or any
other liquid.
5. Do not leave the cord hanging or near hot surfaces.
6. Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug damaged, after a malfunction, or if it has been damaged in
some way. If the device is damaged or broken, do not repair it yourself, if the power cord or plug are broken
or damaged, do not repair or replace yourself, by please send the device to the qualified service center for
repair or service.
7. The use of accessories not recommended by the manufacturer may cause damage or personal injury.
8. Do not place the appliance near sources of heat, both electric and gas, or microwave.
9. When using the oven always leave enough space, about 10 cm, both on the sides and behind in order for
the device to have adequate ventilation.
10. Unplug the appliance whenever you are going to handle or clean it.
11. Exercise caution when moving the appliance, especially if it contains hot oil or other liquids
12. Do not cover any surface of the OVEN with aluminum foil.
13. Do not clean the electrical parts with any metal scourer, it could cause a short circuit.
14. Never leave the appliance running unattended when roasting or roasting.
15. Do not introduce food larger than those intended for the size of the oven, it could cause some electro shock.
16. Do not leave any flammable material, such as curtains, carpets, etc., could cause fire.
17. Exercise caution when using metal or glass containers.
18. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper or similar.
19. Do not use any accessories not recommended for this oven.
20. Always wear heat-protective gloves when inserting or removing food from the Oven, if this is hot.

mental physical abilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless have been supervised or instructed
on the use of the device by a person responsible for their security.
24. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, your service or by qualified
personnel in order to avoid danger.
25. The temperature of accessible surfaces can be high when the appliance is in functioning.
26. Check that the mains voltage matches the one printed on the appliance's rating plate.
GRILL COOKING
- Leave the door at the open point.
- Turn the selector to GRILL setting (top heating), and Convection is recommended.
- Turn the temperature dial to 230º C.
- Turn the timer to the desired grill time.
- When the grill cooking is done, turn back the timer to OFF to turn off the oven.
AFTER USE
- Turn back the Timer to OFF.
- Turn the Heating Selector Dial to OFF.
- Turn the Rotisserie & Convection Dial to OFF.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
- Wait until the oven is completely cool before any cleaning or maintenance.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water. All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
- If stains still appear, it is recommended to use soap.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
- Clean the interior chamber with a clean damp cloth.
