Mark cable at
the bottom of
the endcap
flange.

Loosly fasten
the nut on the
cable on the
bottom bracket
(wall mount option

Crimp the barrels
approximately

pencil mark.
PLEASE NOTE:
Use an appropriately sized crimping
tool, such as the one shown below.

Pull cable through the
hole in the endcap
flange until taut.

Pull cable up
through hem
bar eyelet.

Undo the nut and
pull the cable down,
until the mark aligns
with the bottom
of the endcap
(deck mount

Cut cable
approximately
1"
(25mm)
above crimped
barrels.
9.
Pull cable
down, until
crimped
barrels are
resting on
the flange.

Strip cable
to that spot.

Reassemble cable
and nut on the
bottom bracket and
tighten
