SSA80 series burners consists of combustor, nozzle, orifice plates and rear cover, different
components are connected together with bolts to form the Burner. Shown as below Fig 1
is exploded drawing view, in which the burner body and rear cover are made of cast iron,
nozzle, combustor and orifice plates are stainless steel, and the combustor could be
refractory or SiC tube in high temperature application.

7. Burner Operation Data

Following table 1 shows the SSA80 series burner operation data. (unit: mm), below data
based on Natural gas, high velocity combustor and atmosphere air.

– Flame length is measured from the combustor outlet, fuel is natural gas, running on
ratio.
