4.3 Other Lubrication :
Every 40 hours of use check to see if the gears at the base of the rotating mast base needs greasing.
If you have a hydraulic tandem, examine the central beam on which the train slides to see if it also need
lubrication or to be greased manually.
The gears on the optional 400 winch needs to be greased manually. A hole under the main box has been
designed for this need.
Once a year check to see if your wheel spindles need to be greased. To do this, take off the cap, the nut
and the first bearing of each wheel. Fill the space between the 2 front bearings and reassemble.
4.4 General Maintenance and Cleaning :
Every day, check the hydraulic oil level of the unit. We wish to remind you that it is always prudent to
keep all flammable materials away from around the gasoline motor.
Every week, or 50 hours of use check the conditions of the hoses, the cylinders, and the tightness of all
bolted components. Tighten if necessary. Check the screen at the hydraulic pump intake and empty as needed.
At beginning of each year, change the hydraulic oil filter of the unit. Change the unit's oil and follow the
maintenance recommendations for your Honda motor from the owner's manual.
4.5 Transportation and Storage :
At the end of each day, and especially during transportation or over a long storage period do not forget
to close the gasoline return valve to avoid gas infiltrating into the base of your motor.
