1. Choose the place where you will locate the tray.
2. Unwind the legs to level the tray in case the surface is uneven.
3. Check on the drain if it is fastened tight enough to make sure it won't leak after complete tray installation.
4. Check all the hose connections to prevent leakage. Your plumber may want to replace the flex hose to hard PVC
pipes which is also possible.
III. Installation Process
1. Place the shower tray in the designated position and level it. If the surface is uneven, level the legs and then
fasten the safety nuts (Step 1, 2)
2. Clean the surface with alcohol before applying silicone to the edges to be connected. Secure the main jetted
panel to the tray with bolts and nuts using washers in between (Step 3, 4)
3. Attach the U-channel strip to the long side of the stationary glass, cut it to length (Step 5)
4. To insert the stationary glass into the guide rail you will need to loosen the press-strips on the guide rails
(Step 6).
5. Insert the glass so that the U-channel sticks out like shown on Step 7.
6. To insert the stationary glass into the wall connecting profile you will need to apply a small amount of liquid
soap on the surface of the U-channel strip and push the glass into the profile (Step 8, 9).
7. To better secure it fasten the guide rail to the wall connecting profile using part #12 (Step 10).
8. Repeat the same steps for the other stationary glass and place the top guide rail on both stationary glasses
and secure it with the screws (Step 11, 12).
9. Clean the surface of the tray and sides of the main acrylic panel, apply a layer of silicone (Step 13, 14).
10. Place the assembly on the tray and fasten it to the main acrylic back wall using part #3 (Phillips pan head
screw) – Step 15, 16, 17.
11. Slide the doors into the guide rails through the groove in the middle of the guide rails (Step 18)
12. Fix the rubber door stoppers (part #13, 14) on the guide rail to prevent the sliding doors from coming out of
tracks (Step 19).
13. Attach the plastic strips to the doors and the stationary glasses (Step 20).
14. Place the roof on top of the shower unit, making sure you clean the surfaces-to-be-connected and apply a
layer of silicone (Step 22, 23).
15. Connect the tropical rain feature to the main water supply valve on the back of the acrylic back wall – part
shown on Step 21.
16. Adjust the door rollers making sure the doors slide smoothly and close tight.
17. Attach the handles.
18. Connect hot and cold water pipes to the water supply.

One of the ways on how to change flex hose
to hard PVC pipes:
Disconnect the flex hose from the shower
drain unit. Fasten the 1 ½" hard PVC pipe to
the drain. Using the trap adaptor with washer
and plastic nut to fasten the PVC pipe to the
adaptor from 1 ½" to 2".
