set. Before using the product for the ﬁ rst time, please carefully read

through the instructions and store them for future reference. The

The product is designed to mill and store spices and dry herbs.

■

Do not ﬁ ll the spice container with any liquids.

■

The product is designed for private use and is not intended for

commercial use.

■

ATTENTION Risk of suffocation! Keep children and animals

away from the packaging material.

■

The product is not a toy. Do not leave children alone with the

product if they are unsupervised!

■

Do not reach into the grinding mechanism! You could injure

yourself.

■

Keep the product at a sufﬁ cient distance to heat sources such

as stovetops or ovens.

■

Do not allow the product to fall and do not subject it to severe

percussions.

■

Some production residues may be stuck to the product. To pre-

vent health risks, clean it thoroughly before ﬁ rst use.

■

The spice containers may be cleaned in the dishwasher. Only

clean the grinding mechanism and the lid with clean, warm wa-

ter and a small amount of mild detergent.

■

Do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners or cleaning pads

for cleaning. They could damage the surface.

■

Dry all parts thoroughly after they have been cleaned.

■

Store the product in a clean, dry area that is not accessible to

children and animals.

■

Only use the product as described in the instructions. Any other

use is deemed improper.

■

Defects caused by improper handling, damage or failure to ob-

serve the care notes are excluded from the warranty. This also

applies to normal wear and tear.

Filling the spice containers

1. Hold the grinding mechanism ﬁ rmly by the threaded ring and

turn it counter-clockwise to screw it off of the spice container.

2. Fill the spice container with spices or dry herbs.

3. Put the grinding mechanism back on the spice container and

turn it clockwise until tight. Hold the threaded ring while doing

so.

Use

1. Remove the lid.

4. After use, put the lid back on to preserve the ﬂ avour of the

spices and protect them from dust.

Disposal

The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-

aging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make it

available to the collection service for recyclable materials.

dial clockwise for ﬁ ne grinding and

counter-clockwise for coarse grind-

ing.

3. Turn the grinding mechanism to

season meals. The spices/herbs are

then ground and fall out of the spice

mill.
