9) Foxi can refuse to provide a warranty in case of deliberate harm to the watch or if

found any of the following cases:

- Depravation caused by using the watch for any use it was not meant to be.

- Damage caused by fragile, accident, hit, stroke, fall down, pressure on the watch,

destruction, negligence, carelessness, sand, dusk or fluid penetration.

- Force Majeure or any similar event caused after the watch arrived to the

customer.

- Any attempt to fix the watch by a non-certified on our behalf.

- Any occasion of lack of GPS or cellular coverage or by any wireless disruption.

Dear customer, in order to improve the service provided to you, please keep

this manual safe. This warranty is valid only when the signature of the seller is

at the bottom of this paper.
