INSTALLATION

1. Place new spring (Item 3) into body, followed by new pin (Item 1).

2. Screw new retaining nut assembly (Item 2) into body and tighten to 275 in-lbs (23 ft-lbs).

3. Using Figure 1, reattached the connectors to the electronic circuit board on the front panel. Make sure the orientation is correct and

they are properly seated. The transducer and solenoid connector locking tabs need to be engaged to the mating connector on the

board for proper installation.

4. Using the two large standoff/washers on the control panel temporarily hang the front panel to the bottom of the enclosure.

5. Apply AC Power to the unit

6. Apply pressure to the unit

7. Test for leaks at the repair. If using the wet method for leak checking make sure the control board does not get wet.

8. If no leaks, turn pressure off and remove AC power again.

9. Place the front panel back into place being careful not to pinch any wires.

10. Attach the four (4) screws and washers that hold the cover to the enclosure.

11. Attach large nut and washer to the bonnet. Draw up to the cover but leave only finger tight.

12. Attach knob to regulator shaft securing it in place with the knob nut.

13. Reapply the center knob plug to the knob.

14. Apply AC power.

15. Apply pressure to the unit.

16. Test for proper operation.
