● DIN rail mounting procedure

1. Set the ADP-W96 adaptor on the DIN rail.

Orientation of ADP-W96 should be changed depending on whether the terminal is mounted in parallel with the rail or at right

angles to the rail.

- When the terminal is mounted in parallel with the rail

2. After applying the fastening hook to the rail, push the

spring hook in the direction of arrow until it clicks.

[Example] When the terminal is mounted at right angles

to the rail

4. To dismount the terminal, remove the terminal from the ADP-W96 adaptor, and then remove the adaptor from the rail.

For the spring hook of ADP-W96, a pry-up slit is provided. Pry up the adaptor by using a screwdriver, etc.

3. After positioning the ADP-W96 adaptor, push the terminal so

that the adaptor engaging parts on the sides of the terminal

are t on the terminal engaging hooks.

If the terminal is dif cult to mount, check for a foreign object, or check

CAUTION

the mounting position. Pushing the terminal with excessive force causes

damage to the terminal.
