Chaffle Sticks
Ingredients:
3 large eggs, beaten
½ onion, diced
½ pepper, diced
6 oz ham
3 tbsp Swiss cheese, grated
Directions:
1.
Whisk together beaten eggs, diced onion, diced pepper and grated Swiss
cheese.
2.
Pour ¼ of the egg mixture into your Waffle Stick Maker.
3.
Add 2 oz of diced ham and cook for approximately 5 mins. Repeat with
remaining mixture.

Ingredients:
2 large eggs
½ banana, mashed
¾ tsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp baking powder
¼ cup almond flour
1 ½ tbsp coconut flour
Pinch of salt
Directions:
1.
Mix together eggs, banana, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a small bowl.
2.
Whisk together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Add the wet ingredients
to the dry and mix until just incorporated.
3.
Add ¼ cup of batter to your Waffle Stick Maker and cook until golden brown
on both sides.
