PROBLEM
The mixer cannot be
powered on

further inspection.
CAUSE
Power cord is disconnected or
main power switch is off
The fuse is blown
Motor screws at the base of the
unit haven't been removed
Operation of the mixer without
mixing cup or with empty cup
Lid of mixing cup is loose
Defective gears
Defective CPU Board
Defective CPU Board
Mixing cup deformed
Blocked air hole in the lid
Incorrect mixing ratio of alginate
and water, or incorrect mixing

Poor or expired alginate

SOLUTION
Plug the power cord in again and
check the main power switch
Inspect the fuse and change if
needed
Remove the motor fixing screws
as instructed in page 5
Stop operation

close the lid
