Check the power supply,check the
plug and switch
Resetting the carbon brush
Press RESET button on the PRCD
Change PRCD
Change drill bit
Use greater pressure
Clean drill bit with enough water
supply.Change to the next lower
gearstep.
Use a greater pressure and next
lower gear.
Clean the bore hole with enough
water supply
Check the ball valve,check the
water flow.
Resharpen the drill bit again by
SIC grindstone.
Switch the machine off,loosen the
drill bit by turning right and left
using a suitable wrench
Refixing the rig
Adjust the gap to better condition
Repair or change the spindle
Change the drill bit
Set enough water supply
Change the rotary shaft seal
