Performance Series

Mounting the Transmitter

1) Select a location allowing space between W1000 and walls, cabinets, or other objects to allow adequate space around it.

Avoid enclosed spaces, areas with bundled cable or metal panels which may block reception.

2) Never use this device in environments with excessive moisture, dust or smoke

pinched or stepped on. W1000 is not designed to be waterproof.

3) The device may be powered by a 12 or 24 volt automotive battery or vehicle electrical system, fuse value is 3A.

4) Make sure all cables are connected properly, observe polarity. Improper cable connections may damage the W1000. Remove

the power cable connections when you do not intend to use the unit.

W1000TX Harness:

•

Red and Black—Power (12-24VDC) and Ground

•

Camera input cable

Installation Notes:

•

Ensure unit has power and ground, and camera is connected properly

•

LED light status:

•

(ON = POWER ON & CONNECTED)

•

(FLASHING = PAIRING MODE)

•

(OFF = POWER OFF OR DISCONNECTED)

•

Pairing: Hold the center pairing button down on the transmitter till LED light is constantly flashing, then release

•

Hold the pairing button down on the receiver till LED light is constantly flashing, then release

•

When connection is made, LED light on both W1000TX and W1000RX will be constant
