Erection Instructions
"experience is what you need"
1. Check for correct poles
a. one double ended spreader (with two adjuster thumbscrews)
(see positions on
b. three upright poles (with threaded spigots)
diagram below)
c. two standard roof rails (hook one end and hole the other)
d. one spring loaded pole (hook one end and spigot other end)
2. erect camper as normal then slide awning into track. Use pull rope thrown over roof if needed .
3. hook a side roof rail (c) to camper and slip over an upright pole (b). Slip one end of double
spreader (a) over the same upright, slip corner eyelet of roof over upright and fix with wingnut
onto threaded spigot. Adjust roof rail © to tighten.
4. repeat with the other side of roof. Add roof rail, add other end of double spreader, add corner
eyelet and fasten with wingnut. Tighten roof rail and now tighten double spreader.
5. add centre upright by slipping into centre eyelet and add wingnut. (make sure that hole near top
of pole is facing camper)
6. hook centre roof rail (d) onto top centre bracket on camper, insert inner pole while sliding spigot
into hole near top of centre upright pole. (may need small step to reach
7. add walls to roof and slide end walls into track on camper. Make sure that walls are correctly
aligned to camper and peg to ground.
8. adjust upright poles to tighten walls and then check all other poles are tight.
9. add supplied guy ropes if weather dictates.
10. add longer door hook on Cruiseliner and Aliner models.
