STEP 1:

Working on a protective surface such as a carpet or rug, take desk base panel A

and position with the all drill holes facing up.

Insert 2x cam dowels (#1) into the holes shown in the centre of the panel.

Hardware for Step 1:

2x #1 Cam Dowels

STEP 2:

Insert 3x barrel nuts (#3) into the 3 central holes along the back edge of panel

A. Ensure the hole in the barrel nut is facing the edge where panel B will join.

Insert 2 wooden dowels (#4) into the smaller holes to each side of the set of

barrel nut holes as shown.

Bring panel B to meet panel A, keeping the larger drill holes at the top of panel

B. Align and connect using the wooden dowels, then secure in place using 3x

longer bolts (#2) through panel B. Ensure these bolts are fully tightened.

Hardware for Step 2:

3x #2 Bolts (67mm)

3x #3 Barrel Nuts

2x #4 Wooden Dowels
