Switching on the appliance

Rotate power setting control knob to the required setting.
The swivel arm moves automatically into the roasting position.
The swivel arm can be set to any height with the height-
adjustment knob.
The arm can be swivelled manually from a height of 100 to
410 mm.
If the arm is extended without preselection of a power setting,
the fan runs at a basic setting.

Switching off the appliance

Rotate power setting to Pos. 0.
Rotate height adjustment to left to "retract" position.

Run-on
Rotate power setting knob to left to "run-on" position. The fan
continues running for 10 min at setting 1.
To end run-on early, set the switch to 0.
3.6
Vacation lock
Four hours after the last operation, the appliance switches off.
