13. Locate the wheel lock mount located by the wheel.
14. Loosen the nut on the wheel lock assembly clamp just
enough to separate the clamp to allow it to slide onto the
mount.
15. Turn until the wheel lock foot is perpendicular to the
wheel and its edge positioned approximately 1" in front of
the wheel (with handle in unlocked position). The front of
the clamp would be positioned approximately 1/2" from
the edge of the mounting tube.
Tighten nut securely.
Repeat steps 13-15 for other side.
