remove these bolts
unplug this connector
The ignition must be turned OFF before
installation.

Remove the left hand side cover.

Remove the battery.

Remove the three bolts that hold the battery
tray to the frame and pull the battery tray out
as shown in Figure A.

Unplug the stock connector from the ECU. The
ECU is attached to the back of the battery tray
as shown in Figure B.

Install the PCIII USB EX to the inner rear
fender. Make sure the PCIII USB EX is as far to
the right hand side of the bike as possible as
shown in Figure C.
Make sure to clean the inner fender with the
supplied alcohol swab first.
Use the supplied velcro to attach the
PCIII USB EX to the inner rear fender.
