The following conditions do not necessary mean that the TV is broken.

Please check the causes as indicated below requesting that the TV be

serviced.

Cause

Dead batteries or batteries inserted incorrectly,

AC Adapter is not inserted correctly

Incompatible power supply being used.

Is TV / AV Selected properly?

Is the channel tuned in correctly?

Try to reset the Broadcasting Channels

Is the S.SYS selected properly?

Is the volume adjusted correctly?

Are the earphones plugged in?

Poor signal can degrade sound.

Is the S.SYS selected properly?

Is the antenna adjusted to receive the signal?

Is the channel tuned to the correct frequency?

Is the S.SYS selected properly?

Is the brightness / contrast adjusted correctly?

The broadcast signal may be too weak.

Is the antenna adjusted properly?

Is the 'Weak Signal' function on?

You may be receiving electronic interference from

engines, high voltage wires or other electronic devices.

Is the colour setting adjusted properly?

Poor signal can degrade the colour of the picture.

Is the correct S.SYS selected?

Replace Batteries and check they are inserted correctly.

Is anything blocking the path of the signal to the unit?
