EDID Management
Predefined EDID Setting
• The rear panel of the HDS 4X1 features a 4-pin dipswitch allowing the selection of predefined EDID
modes.
• Switch position Down = ON (1)
• Switch position Up = OFF (0)
User Defined EDID Setting
• The HDS 4X1 supports five custom EDID modes that can be user defined and then invoked via the 4-pin
dipswitch. Follow the below process to define the EDID modes.
1. Rename the user defined EDID according to the following format.
EC: Represents EDID.
l
xx: Represents EDID ID. It is 11 - 15.
l
xxxx: Represents the video parameter.
l
xxx: Represents the audio format.
