Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshooting information before contacting after-sales

Incorrect repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist staff.
Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.
If the power cord or the appliance power cable of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced with a special power cord
or special appliance power cable, which is available from the manufacturer or its Customer Service.

Appliance safety

FAULT
Appliance door does not open at
the end of the programme.
Appliance door opens too wide at
the end of the programme.

FAULT
E:20-60 lights up alternately.
E:30-00 will light up alternately.
E:31-00 will light up alternately.
E:32-00 will light up alternately or
indicator for water supply lights up.

Automatic door opening is not ac-
tivated.
Door is not correctly adjusted.

CAUSE
Appliance has detected calcified
heating element.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Activate the automatic door opening.

Adjust the appliance door as described in the
installation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70 mm -
100 mm.
Clean the appliance door and door seal with
a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
Use size 4X30 bolts to adjust the door gap.
The bolts are included in the scope of supply.
If you use bolts that are too long, this can de-
activate the function of automatic door open-
ing.
Call Customer Service.
Install the appliance correctly as described in
the installation instructions and align.
Adjust the appliance door as described in the
installation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70 mm -
