DESCRIPTION AND KEY FUNCTIONAL FEATURES
COOL Mode
1. If the current room temperature is higher than the temperature set on the remote control the compressor will
be running and the nit will be delivering cooled air.
2. Once the room temperature has reached the temperature set on the remote the compressor will shut off
Leaving just the fan running. The unit will now be circulating room temperature air only.
3. The room temperature can be set in the range 18 C to 30 C.
DRY Mode
1. If the room temperature is within +/- 2 C of the temperature selected on the remote the air conditioner
operates in dehumidifying mode only.
2. If the room temperature rises outside of this range the unit will switch to cooling mode until it comes back
down again.
HEAT Mode
1. If the current room temperature is lower than the temperature set on the remote control the compressor will
be running and the unit will be delivering warmed air.
2. Once the room temperature has reached the temperature set on the remote the compressor will shut off
having just the fan running. The unit will now be circulating room temperature air only.
3. The room temperature can be set in the range 18 C to 30 C.
When the equipment first turns onto heating mode, there will be a short delay of three or so minutes, this is a
normal time delay function and the equipment will start heating after this short period of time.
When you set the temperature in heating mode, the LED display shows the set point, then after a few second
the LED display will then revert to room temperature and will rise by 1 degree C in turn until the unit reaches
your desired temperature.
AUTO Mode
1. In this mode the air conditioner will attempt to maintain the room temperature between 20 C and 25 C.
2. If the room temperature is below 20 C it will be in heating mode, if it rises above 25 C the unit will be in
cooling mode, if it is between the two the air conditioner will simply circulate room temperature air.
3. The reason for the 5 C 'gap' is to stop the compressor oscillating rapidly between heating and cooling this

would severely shorten the life of the product should it be allowed to happen.
Timer Function

The timer operates in 1-hour increments up to a maximum of 24 hours.
1. From the OFF state, press the TIMER ON button a number of times until the desired ON delay is set.
The unit will now switch ON after that delay.
2. From the ON state, press the TIMER OFF button a number of times until the desired OFF delay is set.
The unit will now switch OFF after that delay.
Sleep function

For cooling or dehumidifying mode, the set temperature will rise by 1 C per hour.
