Logging in for the first time and accessing the
application in one-X Mobile iPhone

1. Note, before logging into the Avaya one-X Mobile
application on the iPhone, set up the account on Avaya
one-X Mobile Web.
2. Open the Safari web browser on the iPhone.
3. Tap the address field at the top of the screen, and enter
the URL or IP address of the Avaya one-X Mobile server.
4. Tap the Username field, and enter the corporate
computer username to be used.
5. Tap the Password field, and enter the corporate
computer password.
6. Tap Done to dismiss the keyboard.
7. Tap Login.
8. Create a bookmark for this webpage so it can be quickly
navigated to in the future.
Understanding the Avaya one-X Mobile Home screen in

1. The Logout button logs the iPhone out of the Avaya one-
X Mobile application. The next time the application is
accessed a prompt asks for the corporate computer
username and password.
2. The Call Back button opens an Avaya one-X Mobile Call
Back screen where calls can be made using the Call
Back feature.
3. The Phonebook opens the Avaya one-X Mobile
Phonebook.
4. The Directory allows the Corporate Directory to be
wirelessly searched from the iPhone.
5. The Call Log opens the Avaya one-X Mobile Call Log
with a list of received, placed and missed calls.

6. The Saved VM icon opens the Saved Voicemail inbox.
7. Refresh updates all application data, inboxes, and
contacts.
8. New Voicemail shows the number of new voicemail
messages in the New Voicemail inbox.
9. Block shows the current Block setting.
10.Send Calls To lists the phones currently designated to
ring when a call comes in to the office phone.

1. On the Avaya one-X Mobile Home screen, tap Call Back.
2. Tap Number to Call.
3. Tap the text field to bring up the keyboard, and then enter
the number to be called.
4. Tap Done to dismiss the keyboard.
5. Tap Call Back to return to the Call Back screen.
6. Tap Destination.
7. Tap the phone to be used to make the call. This is one of
the phones defined in the Send Calls destinations. A
checkmark indicates the selected phone.
8. Tap Call Back to return to the Call Back screen.
9. Tap Call.
10.Answer the phone and then press the 5 key, as instructed
on the Call Back screen.
11. Wait a moment while the office phone system connects
to the number called.
