Going for a Run
1 Select START.
2 Select an activity.
3 Go outside, and wait while the
device locates satellites.
4 If necessary, wait while the device
connects to your ANT+ sensors.
5 Select START to start the timer.
NOTE: The device does not record
your activity data until you start
the timer.
6 Go for a run.
7 After you complete your run, select
STOP to stop the timer.
8 Select Save.
Triathlon Training
When you participate in a triathlon, you
can use the triathlon activity to quickly
transition to each sport segment, to
time each segment, and to save the
activity.
1 Select START > Triathlon.
MARQ Athlete
2 Select START to start the timer.
3 Select LAP at the beginning and
end of each transition.
4 After you complete your activity,
select STOP > Save.
