SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Your UltraStream is best located on the kitchen benchtop

supply.

2. Never place the UltraStream in a freezer.

3. Do not run hot water through your UltraStream.

4. If installing the UltraStream yourself, please remain in

compliance with this manual to maintain your warranty. If not

installed under local authority compliance the warranty is void.

5. If flow reduces, it's probably time to change the filter. This may

occur earlier than expected if the quality of your input water is

poor.

6. After replacing your cartridge, don't forget to run water through

the UltraStream for around 15-20 minutes.

7. When you are away from home for more than a few days,

turn off the water supply to your UltraStream. This prevents

pressure that may remain in the tubes and cartridge from

causing damage.

8. Remember that the UltraStream isn't just a water filter; it's an

ionizer and it uses pure magnesium to generate the negative

ions in the water. If sealed off this can create extra pressure,

so never seal the UltraStream.

9. To clean your UltraStream, do not use solvents. Warm soapy

water is just fine.

10. If you choose to install or use the UltraStream outside of

these recommendations, damage may result. Consumers are

responsible for following all directives and the manufacturer

or vendor are not responsible for incorrect or negligent

application of this manual's directives.

11. It is strongly recommended that the user keeps a list of these

safety instructions in a visible place near the UltraStream.

12. This product is not intended for use by children without

responsible adult supervision.

13. The UltraStream unit and cartridge casing is made from

recyclable plastic.

14. All media and materials used are NSF and FDA approved.

15. When unpacking your UltraStream, please remove and

recycle unwanted packaging.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM

YOUR ULTRASTREAM

We have designed the UltraStream to take

advantage of the best filtration and energising media

available in the world.

You can expect superb filtration of any municipal water supply.

You can also expect that your water will have an effect upon

you when you begin drinking it. For this reason we advise that

you begin slowly. Initially, drink no more than two glasses a day,

building to a healthy 1.5 – 2.5 litres daily, depending on your

weight and situation, as your body becomes accustomed to the

detoxifying, superhydrating and antioxidant effects of UltraStream

Water. Remember that the stronger the flow, the less alkaline

and antioxidant the water will be because it has not been in

contact with the ionizing and energising media long enough. So

if you want to drink more than 2 glasses a day, 'Twist'n'Flow'

to high flow rate for your first few days, then reduce the flow to

our recommended 1L / minute as you become used to its effect.

Once there, you can either set it at that flow rate by only using

the faucet to turn it on or off, or by marking the filter where you

have set it.

Newcomers to AlkaWay UltraStream water may experience

a range of detoxification symptoms. Most common are body

aches, headaches, fogginess or sometimes skin conditions. All of

these conditions are caused by toxins being released from your

storage areas, but if any symptom persists, you should contact

your medical practitioner. It's always wise to notify your personal

physician of any health strategy modification such as change

of water supply. Once you become a regular user you may

experience a whole range of positive health changes.

experiences, but we would love to hear of yours.

We strongly recommend that you change your filter at the

recommended 12 month maximum interval. A water filter

gathers toxins from your water supply so once it becomes

overloaded it has the potential to release potential toxins into

your output water.
