2) Select the "Download" item to download all original data (User name, ID no.,

Fingerprint & Password data etc.) and user's photo to USB flash disk, the user

template file name is "plu000001.dat"

3) Select the "Upload" item, user can use a USB Flash Driver to deliver the register data
