Operator's Manual

Two-Man Earth Auger Powerhead 9800 Series

ASSEMBLY

UNPACK POWERHEAD

1. Carefully lift the powerhead out of the box, remove any packing

material and cut any ties.

TOOLS REQUIRED

Two (2) 9/16"Wrenches

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS (SEE FIGURE 1)

Place the handle bar grip onto the frame.

Secure with two 5/16-18 x 1 1/2 inch bolts.

Install spring lock washers and lock nuts and tighten. Repeat for all

handles..

Insert the output shaft of the transmission in the open end of the

Flex Coil Shock Top.

Line up the bolt holes through the Flex Coil Shock Top and the

output shaft of the transmission.

Install the 3/8-16 x 1.5 inch bolt through the bolt hole.

Install the 3/8-1681-Way locknut on the bolt.

Using two 9/16 inch wrenches, tighten the lock nut and bolt.
