System components. Please use a damp cloth.
• D o handle the Biomet
Stimulator System carefully. Dropping or rough handling can
cause damage.
• S tore the Biomet
Stimulator System in a cool and dry place when you are not
wearing it.
• C ontact Biomet if you believe that any component within the
Biomet
SpinalPak
®
System has been damaged or is operating improperly.

To order replacement supplies, please contact Biomet directly.
The following information is necessary to expedite any orders:

• Physician name
• A ddress to send the replacement supplies (patient's home, MD
office, etc.)
