Setting Up Your Phone

Charge the Phone

Be sure to use the charger that

came with your phone.

Insert the small end of the USB

cable into the USB/Charging

Port.

Insert the other end into the

power adapter, and then plug

the power adapter into an

electrical outlet.

WARNING! Please use only an approved charging accessory to charge your device.

Improper handling of the charging port, as well as the use of an incompatible charger, may

cause damage to your device and void the warranty.

Replacing the SIM Card (Optional)

NOTE: The SIM Card is pre-installed in your smartphone. If you need to replace your SIM

Card, consult the following instructions.

Step 1. Remove the back cover by lifting it from the notch

located at the bottom panel of the phone.

Step 2. Lift the battery from the notch at the bottom of the

battery compartment and then remove it.

Step 3. Pull the SIM card tray from the slot and then place the

new nano SIM card on the tray with its gold contacts

facing up.

Step 4. Turn the phone with the

bottom panel up.

Step 5. Position the tray at the

edge of the slot at an angle

(see illustration). Then

carefully slide the tray into

the slot.

Step 6. Replace the battery. Install the battery into the

compartment with its gold contacts first and then press it

down until it's properly seated.

Step 7. Replace the back cover. Starting from the top, press the

back cover against the back panel of the phone. Continue

pressing the sides of the back cover until it is firmly in

place and there are no gaps.

Powering Your Phone On/Off

To power your phone on, press and hold the Power/Lock key.

To power your phone off, press and hold the Power/Lock key

and then touch Power off.
