Once again, Alpha® has set a new standard for the wet polishing application. As an
option, our newest wet polisher comes with step-down gear set to reduce spindle
RPMs. Together with the variable speed control switch, you can set any speed range
between 1,600 RPMs to 2,800 RPMs. Unlike competitive products in the industry,
there is no limit on the usage of slow RPMs. Alpha® researched the polishing
application of engineered stone and realized the benefits of slower RPMs to avoid
the risk of burning resin. Every engineered stone fabricator should try our new
variable speed wet polisher to achieve the next level of quality and performance.

How to Use
1. Select the desired accessories for the application to be performed.
2. Attach the accessory onto the 5/8"-11 spindle of the polisher.
3. Connect water supply hose to a standard garden hose.
4. Plug unit into power supply and reset the GFCI.
5. Set the variable speed control knob to the desired RPM.
6. Open water control valve to the desired volume.
7. Depress start switch to begin your application.

What applications is the Alpha® VSP-110 recommended for?
The Alpha® VSP-110 is recommended for wet polishing, wet core drilling, profiling and grinding.
What is the warranty for this VSP-110?
Alpha Professional Tools® warranties the VSP-110 against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 180
days from the date of original retail purchase (proof of purchase required). Please complete the warranty registration
card upon receipt and mail immediately for prompt warranty service. Our obligation assumed under this warranty is
limited to the repair or replacement of parts without charge. The warranty does not apply to tool accessories. The
warranty for repairs is 30 days on the parts and labor.
Does the VSP-110 have a maintenance program?
Alpha Professional Tools® does not offer any type of maintenance program. However, we do recommend periodic
checking and/or replacement of the carbon brushes for extended service life. If you should hear or detect unusual noise
during the operation of the VSP-110, we recommend that you send it in to our repair department for some preventative
maintenance.
What is the RPM of the VSP-110?
This polisher is a variable speed polisher with an RPM range of 1,700 – 2,800.
