1.5.3 Cell Counting Slide
The Cell Counting Slide is a disposable, polystyrene cell counting slide that consists of two chambers, A and B.
The depth of each chamber is 100 µm. The R1 counts the cells in 0.5 µL, which is comparable to five (1 mm x 1
mm) squares on a standard hemocytometer.
