3.1 Condiciones ambientales
Durante el funcionamiento de los convertidores de frecuencia, la
temperatura ambiente no debe superar los 35 °C en la sala de
tableros. A temperaturas más altas, la disipación de calor de los
convertidores de frecuencia puede ser insuficiente en algunos casos.
3.2 Puesta en marcha
La puesta en marcha se realiza con salvedad de las siguientes
excepciones o ampliaciones, según el instructivo SIVACON S8
"Celdas con derivaciones extraíbles". Encontrará información sobre
el funcionamiento de los convertidores de frecuencia y otros
aparatos en los correspondientes instructivos.
3.3 Control de ventiladores en la unidad extraíble
Para evacuar las pérdidas de calor, cada unidad extraíble con
convertidor de frecuencia está provista de dos ventiladores. Los
ventiladores se controlan en función de la temperatura mediante un
regulador incorporado en la unidad extraíble (ST00047E20A,
company KD-Elektronik Systeme GmbH).
Los parámetros de los reguladores se ajustan de fábrica en función de
los ventiladores incorporados en cada unidad extraíble. Por lo tanto no
es necesario realizar ningún otro ajuste a la puesta en marcha del
tablero de distribución. En caso de que algún ajuste sea necesario, es
posible realizarlo con la interface RS-232.
El controlador puede conectarse al computador mediante el módulo-
interface (Nr. 112849) junto con el correspondiente software. Con el
software pueden realizarse los ajustes.
Para el intercambio del controlador, este debe ser desmontado del
riel DIN. El montaje se realiza en orden inverso.

3 Operation
3.1 Environmental condition
During operation of the frequency converters, the ambient
temperature in the switchboard room must not exceed 35°C. At
higher temperatures the heat emission of the frequency converters is
not guaranteed depending on the operation type.
3.2 Commissioning
The commissioning is carried out with the following deviations and/or
additions accordingly to the operating instruction SIVACON S8
"Cubicles with Feeders in Withdrawable-unit Design". Please, see
the operating instructions of the devices for further information about
the operation of the frequency converters and other devices.
3.3 Fan controller in the withdrawable unit
Two fans each are installed in the withdrawable units with frequency
converters for the dissipation of heat. These are controlled by a
controller installed in the withdrawable unit depending on the
temperature (ST00047E20A, company KD-Elektronik Systeme
GmbH).
The parameters of the controllers are adjusted ex works
corresponding to the fans installed in the withdrawable unit. No
further adjustments have to be done during the commissioning of the
switchboard. In case possible adjustments should be necessary, this
is possible with the RS-232-interface.
The controller can be connected with a PC via the interface-module
OGS (Nr. 112849) with a corresponding software. With the software
can be modified the adjustments.
For the exchange of the controller unhinge the controller from the
DIN rail. The assembling is carried out in a reversed order.
