Se o campo para barras conectáveis não apresentar qualquer
proteção contra contatos acidentais antes do barramento de
campo, este deverá ser liberado (seção do barramento em
questão), antes de ser montado ou extraído um seccionador em
linha.
Ver também as instruções de montagem dos aparelhos
especialmente no que respeita aos torques a serem aplicados:
1. As barras são inseridos no campo até os pinos-guia (pinos
pontiagudos do lado traseiro esquerdo e à direita no aparelho)
engatarem nos furos perfilados das paredes laterais esquerda e
direita do barramento de distribuição e os contatos encaixarem
diretamente no barramento. Ao inserir as barras deve garantir-se
a posição horizontal do aparelho.
2. As barras são então fixadas com dois parafusos Torx M6 à direita
e à esquerda nos perfis frontais verticais (máx. 4 Nm). Para tal,
não é necessária qualquer ferramenta especial caso, do lado
direito, o amperímetro e /ou o indicador de monitoração forem
puxados para diante da parte da frente se necessário (ver figura
12,13). Uma catraca com inserto Torx curto facilita o aperto dos
parafusos.

4.2.3 Extração dos seccionadores em linha 3NJ6
•
Liberar o derivador e verificar a ausência de tensão nos cabos de
ligação (puxar para o efeito as coberturas para trás, se
necessário).
•
Extrair os fusíveis para baixa tensão e alta potência de acordo
com as instruções de serviço 8PQ9800-8AA48, seção 2.4.1
•
Soltar o cabo de ligação do circuito de corrente principal e fixar
atrás se necessário.
•
Soltar as ligações auxiliares à parte fixa do campo, caso haja.
•
Soltar os parafusos de fixação das barras à esquerda e direita no
perfil frontal vertical por meio de uma chave Torx. Para o lado
direito pode ser necessário puxar o amperímetro e /ou o indicador
de monitoração para diante da parte da frente. Uma catraca com
inserto Torx curto facilita o desaperto dos parafusos.
Outros passos para a barra de fusíveis :
•
Fechar e fixar a cobertura frontal .
•
Rebater para fora o manípulo de comutação e segurá-lo com a
mão esquerda .
•
Encostar então as pontas dos dedos da mão direita, de lado, na
aresta da tampa do aparelho, à direita do fecho.

If the cubicle has been designed for in-line switching devices of
plug-in type without shock-hazard protection in front of the cubicle
busbar, the cubicle busbar (relevant busbar section) must be
isolated before an in-line fuse switch-disconnector is fitted or
removed.
See also equipment installation instructions, paying particular
attention to tightening torques:
1. The strips in OFF position are pushed into the cubicle until the
guide pins (sharp pins at the rear, left and right, of the
switching device) engage in the sectional holes of the left and
right-hand distribution bus side walls and the contacts have
been pushed directly onto the busbars. Ensure that the
switching device is in a horizontal position when pushing in the
strips.
2. The strips are then fastened on the left and right-hand sides
to the vertical front sections with the aid of two Torx screws
(max. 4Nm). No special tool is required if on the right-hand
side the ammeter and/or the monitoring indicator are pulled
out beyond the front (see Fig. 12,13). A ratchet with short Torx
insert facilitates tightening of the screws.

•
Isolate feeder and verify dead state at the connecting cables
(pull back covers if necessary).
•
Pull LV HRC fuses as described in operating instruction
8PQ9800-8AA48, Section 2.4.1
•
Disconnecting cables from main circuit and tie back if
necessary.
•
Remove any auxiliary connections to fixed-mounted part of
cubicle.
•
Using a Torx screwdriver, release the fastening screws of the
strips on the right and left-hand sides of the vertical front
section. For the right-hand side, the ammeter and/or fuse
monitoring indicator may have to be pulled out beyond the
front. A ratchet with short Torx insert facilitates releasing of the
screws.
Further steps for in-line type fuses:
•
Close and secure front lid.
•
Swing out the handle and grasp it with the left hand.
Now put the fingertips of your right hand at the edge of the
switching device cover right side near the lock.
