The Ring Binder has the following modes:

• Ring Bind Mode punches and binds jobs with rings.

• Punch Only Mode punches, but does not bind jobs.

When Ring Bind is selected, the Booklet Maker, Z-folding, Staple, Punch, and Punch Holes

options are unavailable.

Description

Booklet Processor options

The Booklet Processor staples booklets with two staples, placed in the center.

Description

Sets a booklet's staple location.

Multi-hole Punch Unit options

The Multi-hole Punch Unit punches multiple holes.

Description

Enables punching and determines which

side of the paper is punched.

Choose the number of holes to be

punched.

If Punch only is selected, the job is punched, but

not bound.
