HotSpot Printer Quick Setup Guide

Step 3: Register your Ricoh HotSpot Printer

The HotSpot Printer registration service is available online 24/7. To register a new printer open your

web browser and go to:-

http://printeron.net/register

Please follow the online registration prompts, although please note that:-

During the registration you will be required to enter the Printer Machine ID. This is the

"Unit Number" (i.e. Serial Number) located at the top of the configuration page that you noted

during step 1e.

The User Login and Password details are located on the Software License that came packaged with

Ricoh HotSpot Printer.

Step 4 (optional): Personalise your PrintSpot Portal

Using your web browser go to http://www.printeron.net/administrators/

Click on the Hospitality link and go to the management pages. Then, log in with your administrator

Once you are logged in you can update your printer settings, add more printers, download or

upgrade your print release software, add or remove service administrators and update your contact

information.
