SOLUTION
1) Before visiting customer sites to install the Multi Bypass Tray unit, procure the following
self-tapping screws (p/n: D0749912) in advance.
2) Check the S/N and the screw holes on the bracket to verify if the unit is affected or not.
If the unit is affected, thread the screw holes by referring to the procedure on the next
