How Much Oil Should You Use?

First of all, you don't need much essential oil mixed in the water to give

you the benefits. The recommendation is around 2-3 drops per 100ml.

BUT...off the record...I've used a LOT more drops of oil depending on how

strong I want the mist scented.

So..EXPERIMENT! and have fun with it...Let your nose be your guide!

Oh...one thing I do...I add half the water, then my oil, then stir it up to mix

it, then add the rest of the water. Granted, you don't have to do that. I just

like mixing things!
