13. Click OK to accept the TCP/IP settings.

14. Click Close to close the Local Area Connection number Properties window.

15. Click OK.

16. If prompted to restart the computer and click OK again.

Configuring TCP/IP in Windows XP

1. On the Windows desktop, click Start to display the Start window:
