This product contains life-threatening voltages.
Disconnect the power supply before opening
the enclosure.
Power is to be supplied to the product via a
nearby mains switch which is marked: "Mains
switch for CALAIR-PR-230V pressure regula-
tor". The product's relay contacts can be sup-
plied with 230V and must be disconnected
when maintenance work is carried out. The
product is designed for indoor use. The prod-
uct is not to be exposed to fluids or moisture.
The outside of the product can be cleaned
with a lightly moistened cloth. The product is
designed to be installed in spaces that the gen-
eral public do not have access to. The product
is fitted with load anchored cable lead-throughs
which must be tightened on installation. Check
that the cable anchor functions correctly on
installation and adjust where necessary.

FUNCTION
The
CALAIR-PR-230V
measures differential pressure and controls
ventilation system fans via a 0-10V signal.
Compensation of the setpoint for outdoor tem-
peratures requires the connection of an outdoor
temperature sensor to the CALAIR-PR-230V.
Two digital inputs can be used, for example for
monitoring a fan motor and activation of other
setpoints. CALAIR-PR-230V can be read and
be programmed via Modbus RTU (RS485). The
control rate is adjustable to allow adaption to dif-
ferent pressure control applications such as roof
fans. All settings/programming are saved in the
event of a power failure. CALAIR-PR-230V is fit-
ted with an alarm relay with potential-free chan-
ge-over contacts which can be programmed for
different alarm indications, such as high and low
pressure alarms. The ten last alarms are recor-
ded and saved in an alarm log.
Function is guaranteed with hose up to 100 m.
After installation, check that air can flow through
the hose.
MOUNTING
The CALAIR-PR-230V is installed vertically
with cable fittings and hose connections point-
ing downwards. There are notches in the base of
the CALAIR-PR-230V for 3 attachment screws,
which can be used to mount the unit. To remove
the cover, insert the end of a screwdriver into the
rectangular holes in the cover's snap fastener on
the upper edge of the enclosure. Carefully prise
out the snap fastener until the upper edge of the
