Please follow any one of the process (2.3.1 or 2.3.2) to download

Step 1: Download Adore Softphone on your BlackBerry® Z 10

Visit BlackBerry App World on your device and search "'Adore Softphone" find and Install

on your device. (As shown in Fig. – 13)
