Install the

1) Locate an empty card slot in which to insert the D/4PCIUF Card.

2) Remove and retain the screw securing the slot cover.

3) Insert the port card into the empty slot. Be sure that the rotary switch setting

matches the number of the slot where you are installing the card. Make sure the

card is fully seated and lines up with the connector.

4) Secure the card in place with the screws you retained in step 2.

5) Replace the cover on the Voice Mail chassis.

6) Replace the five hex head screws that secure the cover in place.

7) Plug the power cord into the surge protector and the AC Power connector at the

back of the chassis.

8) Use the Power Switch to turn on the system power.

Note - When the Voice Mail unit reboots, the VM Service will automatically restart.
