Device does not power on or system crashes

Please charge the battery for half a hour and then hold down the On/Off button for more than 10

seconds until the device turns off. Then switch it on again in normal way.

There is no sound or the other person cannot hear during a call

Please adjust the volume using the volume button.

The device cannot access the internet via wireless network

Restart the wireless router or go to Settings and restart WLAN.

The device cannot wake up from sleep mode
