Charge level
Check the charge level of the built-in battery when the charger is not
connected to any other device. Press the button (5).
1 LED indicates 25 %
2 LEDs indicates 50 %

3 LEDs indicates 75 %

Use
Charging the solar charger from an external
power source
N.B. Before the solar-powered charger is used for the first time, it must
be charged via a computer USB port or similar for at least 10 hours.
The charger's built-in battery can be charged via a USB port using
external power sources such as computers, adaptors or car chargers.
1. Connect the external charging source to the solar charger's
input (4) using the included cable.
2. The red LEDs indicate the battery charge level.
3. When all 4 LEDs are lit the battery is fully charged.
Charging the solar charger via the solar panel
N.B. Before the solar-powered charger is used for the first time, it must
be charged via a computer USB port or similar for at least 10 hours.
Point the solar panel directly at the sun to start charging the solar
charger's built-in battery.
The charger requires at least 400 LUX of sunlight to charge. This is the
equivalent of dawn/dusk on a day with good weather. In ideal condi-
tions, with the solar cell directed towards strong sunlight, the battery
will take 20 hours to charge.
Charging an external device via the solar charger
1. Select the appropriate adaptor and connect it according

device connected, the solar
charger will automatically stop
charging after 30 seconds.
4. If the solar charger's built-in battery becomes weak the red LEDs
will start to flash. After 5 minutes of flashing all charging will cease.
