Configuration Recommendations
Windows 2000 does not support Version 2.0 of the
Chat software. However, you can still use the Chat
150 with a Windows 2000 system as a Default USB
Audio Device:
1.
Do not install the Chat software.
2.
Attach the Chat 150 to an available USB port
on your computer.
3.
Follow the Windows prompts to install the
Chat 150 as the Default USB Audio Device.
Note: Changing the volume on the Chat 150 will
change the volume level in Windows but the slider
on the Windows Volume Control will not reflect the
change. Moving the volume slider on the Windows
Volume Control changes the volume on the Chat
150, and the slider will reflect the change.
