Possible cause

• Mic not switched on, or faulty.

• Mic level control too low.

• Master volume level turned down.

• Audio mode switch set to mono.

• Pitch controls set incorrectly, reset to zero.

• Lights on/off switch not on.

• Sensitivity control too low.
