Dopo aver montato la cima di avvolgimento
come descritto al punto C-2.3, riempire il
tamburo dei giri di cima necessari avendo cura
che si avvolgano ordinatamente. Ora è possibile
collegare lo strallo/issare la vela.
Per ottimizzare la quantità di cima contenibile
all'interno del tamburo è consigliabile utilizzare
una cima di buona qualità scalzata nella parte
che verrà contenuta nel tamburo mentre potrà
essere calzata nella parte che dal tamburo va
allo stopper in pozzetto.
Posizionare un guida cima in coperta o su
un candeliere per fare in modo che la cima di
avvolgimento arrivi al tamburo con un angolo di
90° rispetto allo strallo (vedi immagine).

Consultare il velaio per verificare i carichi
prescritti necessari all'avvolgimento della vela
al fine di identificare la taglia esatta del modello
RLG EVO "S" necessario (vedi tabella dati
tecnici cap. A-8).

After having fitted the furling line as per chapter
C-2.3, fill in the drum with the required line coils
paying attention they furl in nicely. Now you may
fit the stay / hoist the sail.

In order to optimize the quantity of line stowable
inside the drum, we suggest using a good quality
line without cover for the part that will be stowed
inside the drum. Whereas, the line may have a

cover in the section that runs from the drum to
the stopper on the cockpit. Position a fairlead
either on deck or on a stanchion, in order to
allow for the line enter the drum with a 90° angle
(please refer to the image beside).

Please, check the loads required to furl the sail
with your sail-maker, in order to identify the
exact RLG EVO "S" model (please refer to the
technical sheet on chapt. A-8).
